Description
**Know your mission:**
* Monitors deliveries via the order-picking control dashboard and the SAP system, ensuring correct allocation of orders to each picker; handles shipments with stock shortages, pending transport order (TO) generation, and batch exchanges;
* Ensures all orders are picked within stipulated deadlines and validates them in the system for subsequent invoice issuance. Has knowledge of route planning, monitors the loading process, and verifies that all orders scheduled for the day are ready and en route to the customer;
* Tracks demands registered by the Customer Service Center (CSN), including replenishments and pickups requested. Is aware of departmental reports and KPIs, though may require additional guidance for deeper understanding;
* Directs picking staff using the order-picking control dashboard and the SAP system, ensuring completion within the stipulated delivery deadline;
* Manages stock shortage cases and diagnoses issues via the dashboard, proposing improvement measures in the area of responsibility. Conducts all internal procedures related to returns;
* Demonstrates autonomy and proficiency in the order distribution process, assuming responsibility for yard organization and guiding the team when necessary;
* Ensures both productivity and customer satisfaction regarding the goods pickup process, and maintains strict control over orders related to dispatch and pickup, guaranteeing delivery within established deadlines;
* Interprets dashboard data, adapts effectively to complex situations, and improves existing processes efficiently. Independently manages stock shortage situations, collaborating directly with the manager to resolve them;
* Participates in briefing meetings, identifying logistics areas requiring improvement, proposing ideas to increase picker efficiency, and providing efficient guidance and direction to the team;
* Monitors stock shortages and rotating inventories, produces inventory reports, significantly contributing to understanding and overcoming challenges related to demarcation reduction;
* Executes inventory management, validating stock shortages and any identified discrepancies, closely monitoring the demarcation indicator, promoting and performing adjustments as needed;
* Acts as a multiplier in inventory management processes within the unit, assuming responsibility for overseeing all inventory management procedures and actively supporting the Supply area in developing inventory management reports;
* Ensures execution of both system-based and physical inventories, avoiding counting errors and adjustments;
* Notifies the registration team whenever material master data updates are required—identified during the verification process—contributing to smooth and trouble-free receipt processing;
* Releases receipt stubs for all received invoices, confirming successful completion of processes. Confirms that all received invoices have been successfully processed by the end of the shift. Archives fiscal documents efficiently and systematically;
* Notifies suppliers who fail to comply with internal safety standards and established procedures;
* Collaborates in loss prevention, safeguarding goods quality and storage conditions, maintaining an updated pallet and waste control spreadsheet, and conducting related audits;
* Keeps FreightFOB entries up to date and provides full support to resolve payment pending items;
* Controls the receiving warehouse, ensuring constant updates and preventing product stagnation for more than 24 hours;
* Manages supplier return invoices, maintains active communication to resolve discount issues, correctly creates DTs (Delivery Tickets) to prevent invoices from remaining unposted, and executes the reversal process with follow-up until final process completion;
* Supports control of section supplies.
