Automotive industry company seeks an HR Assistant to work in Avaré/SP. Salary Range: BRL 2,600.00 to 2,700.00 Job Description * Provide support for Personnel Department (DP) routines (e.g., entering payroll-related data, timekeeping control, vacation management, employment terminations). * Register and maintain employee benefits (e.g., transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health insurance plans, etc.). * Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital employee files and records. * Assist in drafting HR/DP-related internal documents and communications. * Address and advise employees on inquiries regarding benefits, vacations, internal policies, and HR/DP procedures. * Support the organization of internal events. * Mediate and escalate employee issues to HR management when necessary. Requirements and Qualifications: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in administrative routines or within the Human Resources/Personnel Department. * **Knowledge:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Basic understanding of Brazilian labor legislation (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho – CLT). * Familiarity with HR management and payroll systems is a plus. * Must reside in Avaré/SP (Mandatory) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: BRL 2,600.00 – BRL 2,800.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
