Dynamic, intelligent, and detail-oriented profile **Position: Procurement Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in procurement processes for materials, services, and maintenance; * Request and track quotations from suppliers; * Monitor purchase orders and delivery deadlines; * Support the issuance of purchase orders and track approvals; * Keep supplier and product records up to date; * Provide administrative support to the procurement department, ensuring organization and efficiency in handling requests. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is preferred); * Experience in procurement routines and supplier communication; * Negotiation skills and strategic vision to secure optimal purchasing terms; * Dynamic, intelligent, and detail-oriented profile; * Basic knowledge of Excel and management systems (ERP); * **Organization, strong communication skills, and proactivity.** **We Offer:** * Salary to be negotiated. * Meal allowance of R$ 28.00 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Breakfast at the office; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off.
