Strong communication skills and ability to overcome objections **About the Position** We are looking for a Sales Assistant focused on active prospecting to work in the vehicle sales department. The professional will be responsible for identifying potential customers within the operational region and guiding them through the commercial process. **Responsibilities** * Initiate initial contact with potential customers via telephone, email, and digital platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Marketplace), presenting the company’s business model and service benefits; * Actively acquire qualified leads from digital platforms, promptly responding to inquiries, scheduling visits, and performing follow-ups; * Strategically engage qualified leads, applying sound sales practices to guide them through the sales funnel to conversion. **Requirements** * Must reside in the job location region; * Completed high school education; * Experience or knowledge in customer prospecting; * Agility and proactivity in the commercial process; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills, clear diction, and ability to overcome objections; * Comfort using digital tools such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Marketplace. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturdays, 08:00–13:00 **Compensation** * Fixed salary of R$2000.00 + Commission (average expected earnings of R$3,000.00); * Meal voucher of R$29.00 per working day; * Transportation allowance.
