Day-to-day, your focus will be ensuring efficiency, organization, and excellence in service delivery, contributing to smooth commercial processes. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Receive, register, and monitor operations in the system—from initiation through settlement; * Manage the client portfolio and collection instructions, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Monitor and promptly resolve documentation-related issues; * Support internal and external clients by providing clear and efficient operational guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in Commercial Support; * Availability for 100% in-person work; * Preferred experience in FIDC or banking sectors; **Additional Information** * **Flexible Meal Allowance**: BRL 1\.050,00 per month.
