Job Description
GEAP Saúde is looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join the **Integrated Health Care Management Department**. Responsibilities and Duties
* Perform operational activities related to the department, providing assistance across all developed processes;
* Carry out administrative tasks such as supporting material preparation, monitoring and responding to e\-mails, monitoring and responding to service orders, monitoring and assisting responses to NIPs (Interlocutory Injunctions) and preliminary injunctions, monitoring and responding to Helpdesk requests;
* Assist in resolving departmental demands;
* Contribute to monitoring departmental processes—including spreadsheets, folders, and documents;
* Perform other related duties.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in the responsibilities described in this job posting;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
