Sogest is a company specialized in business consulting and management, offering customized solutions for process optimization and efficiency improvement. **Responsibilities:** Support accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, ensuring timely execution, verification, and proper recording. Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in identifying discrepancies and necessary adjustments. Support domestic and international billing by verifying documents and entering data into the system. Perform financial postings in the system, ensuring correct accounting classification of information. Monitor accounts payable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and expense recording. Provide support during the monthly financial closing process. Monitor delinquency and conduct collections from debtors when required. Assist in updating and monitoring daily cash flow. Work integrally and collaboratively with Accounting, Operations, and other departments.
