Sogest is a company specialized in business consulting and management, offering customized solutions for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. **Responsibilities:** Support accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, ensuring timely execution, verification, and proper recording. Perform bank reconciliations and assist in identifying discrepancies and necessary adjustments. Support domestic and international billing, including document verification and system entries. Execute financial entries in the system, ensuring correct accounting classification of information. Monitor accounts payable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and expense recording. Provide support during the monthly financial closing process. Manage delinquency and conduct collections from debtors when necessary. Assist in updating and monitoring daily cash flow. Collaborate integrally and cooperatively with accounting, operations, and other departments.
