Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile professional for the manufacturing and assembly of industrial structures and equipment, skilled in precise and safe cutting, welding, and technical assembly. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in the manufacturing and assembly of overhead cranes and metal structures. 2. Proficiency in cutting, welding, and technical assembly processes. 3. Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform basic metrology. We are looking for a versatile professional to work on the manufacturing and assembly of industrial structures and equipment, such as overhead cranes and metal structures. The ideal candidate must master cutting, welding, and technical assembly processes, ensuring project delivery with precision and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** Fabrication and Metalworking: Perform cutting, drilling, and finishing operations on metals (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum) using grinders, band saws, and bench drills. Welding: Execute welding processes (MIG, MAG, or Shielded Metal Arc Welding) to join structures and supports according to project specifications. Equipment Assembly: Assemble mechanical assemblies, machines, and metal structures following technical drawings. Project Reading: Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications to fabricate custom parts. Maintenance: Repair worn metal structures and replace mechanical components when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Experience: Proven experience as a Metalworker and Industrial Assembler, particularly with overhead cranes and metal structures. Technical Skills: Proficiency in welding processes and operation of cutting/folding machinery. Technical Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read industrial technical drawings and perform basic metrology (using tape measures and squares). Safety: Practical knowledge of safety standards (use of PPE and safe operation of rotating tools). Desirable (Advantages): Technical course in Mechanical Engineering or Metalworking (SENAI or equivalent). Experience with TIG welding (especially for stainless steel applications).
