Eligible participants are **young people aged 18 to 22** who wish to enter the job market and begin their careers with guidance and technical qualification, in an environment guided by **inclusion, diversity, and full respect for people**. Positions are available for the **Administrative Technician and Metallurgical Process Operator** courses, delivered by SENAI Alumínio, **Alumínio/SP.** To apply, candidates must have completed elementary school for the **Metallurgical Process Operator** position and completed high school for the **Administrative Technician** position. Applicants **do not need prior specific training or experience** in related activities.
