**Responsibilities:**
Supports quality management by directing actions aimed at ensuring the management system functions properly; guarantees that all company operations and processes are interconnected and compliant with specified requirements of all stakeholders. Structures, validates, and develops processes and procedures; monitors deadlines for quality-related processes; maintains updated procedures, flowcharts, and organizational charts; maintains contact with the legal department regarding LGPD; is responsible for coordinating and following up on internal and external audits; identifies nonconformities; maps risks; and manages occurrences by creating strategies to minimize nonconformities and occurrences; trains new employees and managers on the importance of processes, procedures, and risks in case of nonconformity; ensures policies, internal regulations, and their compliance. Develops and analyzes process and management system indicators, which must be defined, updated, and effectively used for decision-making. Ensures that risks are addressed, analyzed, and monitored across all these phases. Manages nonconformities, ensuring they are up-to-date and under active resolution per the plan. Disseminates the understanding that audits are yet another quality tool and that indicators should be communicated to all employees via internal communication channels together with endomarketing, aiming to educate and maintain a low nonconformity and risk index. Supports planning and collecting input information for critical analyses. Establishes or monitors statistical indices showing trends or possibilities that may compromise process quality, alerting relevant personnel so they can act and resolve potential discrepancies and anomalies. Controls monitoring and measuring equipment, calibrations, verifications, validity periods for disinfection, fire extinguishers, air conditioning cleaning, gutters, water tanks, filters, fire insurance, first aid kits, fire brigade members, and other relevant items linked to quality, process, and safety certifications during audits and inspections. Promotes quality responsibility as an organizational culture among all company employees. Ensures products and services comply with necessary standards and regulations; manages the operational costs of quality control. Validates and updates operational and service procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency; \- Investigates root causes of problems and proposes solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
**Requirements:**
Experience in developing indicators; intermediate/advanced Excel skills; flowcharts; reports and presentations; \- Knowledge of quality documents and tools, ONA, LGPD.
