**JOB | Social Security Attorney (Contract) – Campinas/SP**
Larissa Maluf Advocacia is looking for a Social Security Attorney with practical experience in administrative and judicial proceedings to work in an organized, technical routine with genuine growth opportunities.
We are a law firm specializing in Social Security Law, strategically engaged in granting, reviewing, and reinstating benefits before the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) and the Judiciary. Our purpose is clear: to ensure clients a planned retirement and a more secure future, delivered through humane service and technical excellence.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Provide legal counseling and client service (urban and rural benefits);
* Conduct technical analysis of documents: CNIS, CTPS, PPP, medical reports, employment ties, and contributions;
* Perform documentary analysis for rural activities (union declarations, producer invoices, rural contracts, certificates, etc.);
* Draft initial petitions and procedural documents (motions, appeals, responses, and others);
* File and monitor administrative proceedings at INSS and judicial claims;
* Update internal tracking systems and produce technical reports;
* Attend hearings and deliver oral arguments, as required.
**Requirements:**
* Completed Law degree + active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration;
* Proven experience in Social Security Law;
* Proficiency in the General Social Security Regime (RGPS) and practical knowledge of benefits: retirements, pensions, allowances, and BPC/LOAS;
* Solid experience drafting initial petitions and administrative/judicial appeals;
* Excellent documentary analysis skills (CNIS, CTPS, PPP, medical reports, and rural documents);
* Organizational skills and responsibility regarding deadlines and procedural monitoring routines.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Postgraduate degree/specialization in Social Security Law;
* Continuing education courses and certifications in the field;
* Intermediate knowledge of Labor Law (for related matters).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: R$2,000.00 - R$10,000.00 per month
