




Job Description: Position for Administrative Assistant/Shipping Clerk/Billing Clerk. Skills: Proficiency in basic Excel and Word (You will also learn to use the transportation company's system). **Must be agile, proactive, punctual, communicative on the phone, and able to work effectively in a team.** Working Hours: 44 hours per week — Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 18:30 (No work on Saturdays) Lunch Break: From 12:00 to 13:12 **Responsibilities/Duties:** Verify documentation delivered by drivers; issue transport bills of lading; assist with delivery route planning; support answering drivers’ calls and emails; perform any other daily tasks related to the role.
