




**Main Activities** * Support administrative routines of the brokerage (registrations, filing, reports, and internal controls); * Perform **issuance, verification, and archiving of insurance policies**; * Monitor **insurance renewals**, expiration deadlines, and documentation pending items; * Carry out **entry and control of proposals** in the internal system and insurer platforms; * Issue **invoices, receipts, and proof documents** related to policies and renewals; * Provide **telephone and email support** to clients and insurers; * Assist brokers in quotation and proposal processes; * Maintain updated and organized **physical and digital records**. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school * **Experience:** Previous experience in an insurance brokerage or financial/administrative sector companies is desirable; * **Skills:** * Proficiency in Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); * Good typing and document organization skills; * Knowledge of insurance types (life, auto, commercial, residential) will be an advantage.
