Education and Qualifications:** · **Education:** Completed high school (pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Nutrition, or related fields is preferred); **2. Required Skills:** · Proficiency in computer applications and management systems (experience with **Tasy** is preferred); · Strong verbal and written communication skills; · Proactivity and sense of responsibility; · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; · Collaborative attitude and professional ethics; · Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality. **Key Responsibilities and Functions of this Position:** · Daily monitoring, via the Tasy system, of meal releases performed by other hospital departments; · Recording, verifying, and updating information regarding diet requests and releases; · Maintaining constant communication with involved departments to ensure accurate fulfillment of releases; · Supporting the Nutrition and Food Production team in administrative tasks, such as report preparation, spreadsheet control, and internal recordkeeping; · Assisting in document control for the department, including staff schedules, employee lists, and official notices; · Responding to internal demands from the hospital kitchen, conveying information clearly and systematically.
