Responsibilities include archiving, controlling, and organizing documents, as well as entering information into systems, spreadsheets, or other tracking tools. Key duties: Filling out and updating spreadsheets; Answering department phone calls; Sorting, verifying, and organizing documents; Supporting other administrative tasks. Requirements: No prior experience required; Must be enrolled and regularly attending school; Must be between 14 and 24 years old, per apprenticeship legislation; Availability to work part-time; Proactivity and responsibility; Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office; Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
