




Job Summary: Supervises and performs accounting entries, prepares financial statements, and leads the team, ensuring compliance with ancillary obligations and client service. Key Highlights: 1. Client service and deadline monitoring Hiring City: Centro neighborhood in Itajaí/SC Responsibilities: Supervise and perform accounting entries and reconciliations (Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit regimes). Prepare financial statements (Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, among others). Execute month-end closing and submission of ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DEFIS, etc.). Conduct technical supervision of processes and deadline monitoring. Provide client service. Lead the accounting department’s staff. Structure and monitor the department’s monthly schedule. Deliver individual feedback and support team development. Requirements: Technical education in Accounting and/or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. Up-to-date knowledge of Brazilian Accounting Standards (NBCs) and Accounting Pronouncements (CPCs). Experience with SPED Accounting, Tax, ECD, and ECF. Practical experience in accounting entries, reconciliations, and monthly closings. Experience in calculation of **direct and indirect taxes.** Preparation of **trial balances, Income Statements, and Balance Sheets. Proven prior experience in this role.** Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
