Assist with internal routines and workplace organization An enterprise management consulting firm seeks an Accounting Analyst in Itajaí (Centro). MovRH is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and talent management services. **Responsibilities:** Perform journal entries, reconcile all balance sheet accounts, conduct balance sheet closings, manage asset control, prepare balance sheets, financial statements, explanatory notes, etc. Perform accounting reconciliations and journal entries in the accounting system, as well as analyze such entries. Conduct accounting closings according to the client's tax regime. File reports such as SPED Contábil and ECF. Verify accounts and documentation received from clients, and request any additional documentation necessary to ensure complete service delivery and avoid rework. Provide customer service in person and via telephone / e\-mail, presenting results and reports related to income statements (DRE) and monthly balance sheets. Assist with document entry, workplace organization, and internal routines. Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Controller Analyst, or Audit Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
