Identify visitors by verifying identification documents and recording information in a system or logbook. Conduct periodic patrols in designated areas, observing activity and reporting suspicious situations. Attend to and guide visitors, service providers, and residents (in the case of condominiums), maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Position based in São Paulo / SP.
