We look forward to meeting you and driving the next generation of technological solutions together. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and attributes** **Responsibilities and Attributes** * Act as a facilitator of agile practices with development teams, promoting the correct application of the adopted framework (Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe). * Support the organization and conduct of agile ceremonies, such as Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Refinements, and other SAFe events. * Monitor the evolution of Sprints and Program Increments (PIs), tracking flow, capacity, and team predictability indicators. * Assist Product Owners, Tech Leads, and teams in backlog management and prioritization, ensuring alignment between planning and execution. * Identify impediments and work with the team to support their resolution or escalation when necessary. * Support the dissemination of agile culture, encouraging collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and a focus on value delivery. * Update dashboards, metrics, and team performance indicators, contributing to data-driven decision-making. * Support continuous improvement initiatives for processes, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows. * Work with Architecture, Development, QA, DevOps, and Product Management to promote alignment between areas. * Use Artificial Intelligence tools to support the preparation of minutes, action plans, information organization, insight generation, and productivity increase, respecting the organization's security and governance guidelines. * Support Agile Masters and other leadership in the preparation of ceremonies, presentations, and executive indicators. * Contribute to the evolution of team agile maturity through observation, monitoring, and sharing of best practices. **Expected Experience** * Minimum of **2 years of experience in the Information Technology area**. * Experience in software development teams using agile methodologies. * Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and basic SAFe concepts. * Experience in organizing and monitoring agile ceremonies. * Experience in using agile management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. * Basic knowledge of agile metrics, such as Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Burndown, and Throughput. * Experience in developing indicators and monitoring action plans. * Desirable experience in supporting the management of risks, impediments, and dependencies between teams. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to productivity and management. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed higher education in any field. * Jira or Azure DevOps. * Microsoft Teams. * Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). * Power BI (basic). * Miro or equivalent collaborative tools. * Confluence. * AI tools to support productivity, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or equivalents. **Technical Skills** * Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban frameworks, and SAFe fundamentals. * Organization and facilitation of agile ceremonies. * Backlog management and demand tracking. * Monitoring of agile metrics and indicators. * Impediment management and action plan tracking. * Preparation of executive reports and dashboards. * Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC). * Ability to support continuous improvement processes. * Use of Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity, organize information, support analyses, and automate administrative activities. **Courses and Certifications (Desirable)** * Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC). * Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). * SAFe Practitioner (SP) or SAFe Agilist (SA). * Kanban System Design (KMP I) or equivalent. * Courses in Agility, Lean, Agile Project Management, and Agile Metrics. * Training in Artificial Intelligence applied to management, productivity, and collaboration. **Differentiators** * Experience in medium or large corporate environments. * Experience in organizations that use SAFe. * Basic knowledge of flow metrics (Flow Metrics). * Basic knowledge of OKRs and performance indicators. * Experience with Power BI for dashboard construction. * Familiarity with DevOps processes and the software development cycle. * Experience in supporting the organization of PI Planning and other SAFe events. * History of participation in continuous improvement initiatives, agile transformation, or the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools to support teams. **Additional information** Want to know all our job openings?
