AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day. ### **Responsibilities:** * **Product Focus:** Actively participate in solution discussions, beyond technical implementation. * **Development:** Build and maintain applications with React and Next.js (TypeScript) on the frontend and Node.js (TypeScript) on the backend using Bun and Hono. * **Migration:** Support migration of applications from Scala to Node.js. * **BFF Architecture:** Work with Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures. * **Cloud Integration:** Integrate and build solutions using AWS Cloud services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) and DynamoDB. * **Code Quality:** Ensure code quality through automated testing with Jest, with shared responsibility across the team (no dedicated QA). * **Collaboration:** Work closely with other areas and cross-functional squads in a fully English-speaking environment. * **Technical Autonomy:** Execute tasks autonomously and collaborate on software architecture decisions. ### **Requirements:** * **Advanced English:** Comfortable participating in meetings and writing/reviewing technical documentation. * **Frontend Experience:** Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript for interface development. * **Backend Experience:** Hands-on experience with Node.js and interest in the Bun \+ Hono ecosystem. * **Scala Knowledge:** Basic understanding, focused on code migration. * **BFF Architecture:** Experience with Backend for Frontend (BFF) architecture. * **Databases:** Practical experience with MySQL and familiarity with DynamoDB. * **AWS Services:** Familiarity with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway). * **Automated Testing:** Experience writing tests with Jest. * **Quality Mindset:** Emphasis on testability, maintainability, and best practices. * **Autonomous Work:** Ability to work independently and collaboratively within self\-organizing teams.
