Grow to lead entire project slices **[Cloud] Cloud Development Specialist** =============================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description Join us in building the TOTVS Cloud IaaS multicloud orchestration platform: a system that provisions and reconciles infrastructure (compartments, networks, instances, storage) on public cloud from a neutral contract, with reliable messaging and end-to-end observability. This is not "just another CRUD" — it's platform engineering: provisioning state machines, guaranteed message delivery, and state reconciliation. It is a modular monolith built Go-first, following a capability-based hexagonal architecture, with an Angular frontend consuming a TypeScript SDK auto-generated from OpenAPI and a proprietary Design System. As a Specialist I, you work end-to-end (Go backend + Angular frontend) on well-defined tasks and slices, supported by more senior team members for design decisions. The focus is delivering high-quality results within established guidelines and growing to lead entire slices. Responsibilities and Duties * Implement full-stack features based on pre-defined specs and plans (backend endpoint, * domain logic, portal screen). * Write tests following TDD and ensure "make verify" passes before opening a PR. * Consume the OpenAPI contract and generated SDK, respecting domain × adapters separation and house principles (modular monorepo, hexagonal architecture, YAGNI/KISS). * Participate in reviews (giving and receiving feedback) and apply adjustments. * Work with IA-First harness using internal skills and critically reviewing AI-generated output before committing. * Maintain documentation/FAQ for touched screens or flows. Requirements and Qualifications * Solid experience in at least one layer (Go or Angular/TypeScript) and proven willingness to work full-stack. * Strong fundamentals: HTTP/REST, SQL, Git, automated testing. * Comfort with command line, Docker, and log reading. * Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) — or another public cloud, with willingness to learn OCI. * IA-First mindset: use AI tools in development with critical judgment. * Strong written communication and code review practice. Desirable Requirements * Hands-on experience with Angular and Go. * Exposure to messaging systems (NATS/Kafka/RabbitMQ), Kubernetes, or observability. * Familiarity with OpenAPI-driven development. * Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (rich modeling, value objects, invariants). * Real-world experience with agentic harnesses (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) in daily workflows.
