Inventory management and store organization Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical advisory support when necessary, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to conducting sales, assist in managing product displays to ensure the store maintains its appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming full responsibility for the store in the manager's absence. * Assist the Store Manager in store management; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Provide specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and preserve store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making correct sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Automotive industry knowledge is desirable.
