To achieve this, we seek someone who: * Has a positive and energetic attitude; * Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset; * Is proactive; * Is passionate about positively impacting people's lives; * Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and concisely. In this role, you will be responsible for performing the following activities: * Making first contact with new leads (Inbound or Outbound); * Mapping opportunities for the sales team; * Prospecting companies, identifying fit, and qualifying leads; * Interacting with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Scheduling meetings between potential clients and our sales executives; * Generating interest and nurturing these leads to provide more opportunities for the sales team; * Understanding and resolving key objections from potential clients; * Updating CRM (Pipedrive and Pipefy) with relevant details about identified opportunities; * Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Pipedrive and Pipefy. Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields.
