Able to work autonomously and handle multiple demands At ESSS, we seek a **Business Developer \- FEA** to focus on pre\-sales. This person will be responsible for understanding customers' technical and business challenges, connecting these needs to advanced engineering simulation solutions. You will work directly with the commercial team, supporting the sales cycle—including delivering presentations and technical demonstrations to potential customers. We seek someone with strong technical knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of working autonomously and managing multiple simultaneous demands. Required Qualifications: * Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Mechatronics Engineering * 5\+ years of industry experience using structural simulation tools. * Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Results-oriented focus to support the sales team in achieving commercial goals. * Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. * Advanced English proficiency; * Availability for travel. Desirable Qualifications: * Experience using structural tools from the Ansys portfolio (Mechanical, LS\-Dyna, nCode). * Knowledge of customers/market. * Clear and concise communication for interacting with customers and technical teams.
