Control and authorize access to tracks, as well as train and auxiliary equipment insertions and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with operational, cleaning, and maintenance schedules. Monitor asset mileage/kilometers and operate systems to mitigate impacts on train circulation. Continuously supervise critical subsystems—including power, main ventilation, and signaling—taking immediate action in case of failures or anomalies per operational procedures and contingency plans. Monitor train circulation in real time, ensuring adherence to timetables, interval regularity, and travel time compliance. Proactively regulate traffic using control system resources to normalize operations. Manage and disseminate operational information promptly and accurately using all available communication channels, maintaining alignment with internal teams and, when necessary, external agencies, aiming to reduce service impacts. Update line status during abnormal situations, ensuring clear and timely communication to customers via audio and visual systems onboard trains and at stations, guaranteeing transparency and information quality. Monitor and analyze operational indicators, participate in performance meetings, propose improvements, and support decision-making focused on operational efficiency and customer experience. Coordinate maintenance and operational testing activities, guiding teams on procedure compliance, prioritizing interventions, and supporting incident management affecting operations. Normalize traffic under degraded conditions by verifying power supply, permanent way, signaling, and control systems, adopting corrective measures to safely and rapidly restore operations. Control operational and maintenance maneuvers, as well as traction power command, ensuring safe conditions for track circulation and interventions. Support passenger flow monitoring, contributing to operational decisions that ensure safety and fluidity.
