Key Responsibilities: Post job openings on social media and available platforms; Conduct candidate sourcing and mapping in regional markets and by technology; Screen, interview pre\-selected candidates, and prepare candidate briefings and portfolios for presentation to managers, ensuring compliance with all stages of the selection process and established deadlines; Negotiate and extend salary offers to selected candidates\/requesting departments; Schedule and coordinate interviews with selected candidates at external or internal client sites; Seek continuous improvement and innovation in the processes you execute; Identify new candidate sourcing channels and provide feedback on the effectiveness of existing sources. Adopt best practices in talent attraction and selection. Monitor key metrics for your job openings; keep your processes and records well organized.
