Support squads in building a sense of belonging and high performance **[Tech] Senior Agile** ======================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description Act as a facilitator and agile transformation agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and strengthening collaboration among teams. Your role will be to support cross-functional teams in adopting and maturing agile practices, while also driving process efficiency and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities and Duties * Train and empower people in agile tools, methods, and processes, fostering continuous learning and team autonomy; * Act as a change agent, challenging assumptions and prompting reflections that foster collective growth; * Practice active listening, empathetically supporting and assisting team members with individual concerns; * Support squads in building a sense of belonging and pursuing high performance; * Implement agile practices and tools tailored to each team’s context and maturity level; * Facilitate agile ceremonies, ideation workshops, problem-solving sessions, and retrospectives; * Manage metrics related to process efficiency and team cultural health; * Structure routine processes and knowledge management practices to ensure workflow fluidity; * Help teams design and conduct experimentation and hypothesis validation processes; * Identify daily improvement opportunities and bottlenecks within squads, collaboratively resolving them; * Support the structuring and reorganization of tribes, promoting synergy across teams; * Remove impediments and ensure teams operate in an environment conducive to value delivery. Requirements and Qualifications * Solid expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, XP); * Knowledge of OKRs and management practices such as Management 3.0; * Facilitation techniques and collaborative dynamics; * Experience in mapping, analyzing, and improving processes; * Familiarity with agile tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.); * Ability to work with team performance and cultural health metrics. Desired Qualifications * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, KMP, ICP-ATF, etc.); * Experience as an Agile Coach or in environments with multiple squads; * Experience with agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model); * Experience in digital and/or cultural transformation contexts; * Knowledge of DevOps culture and Design Thinking. * Experience working with diverse team profiles (technology, product, business) and leading cultural or structural change initiatives.
