Belem Bioenergia Brasil believes that success comes from people, therefore we invest in the diversity of our workforce, fostering an inclusive environment regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, belief, or special needs. **Here, EVERYONE is welcome!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Recording and reviewing incoming and outgoing tax documents in the ERP system; * Verification of tax data on documents, such as CFOP, CST, ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS tax rates, among others; * Support in direct and indirect tax calculations, reconciling with accounting records; * Filling out, generating, and submitting ancillary obligations (such as SPED Fiscal, DCTF WEB, EFD-Reinf, etc.); * Tax classification of products and services according to applicable legislation; * Liaising with internal departments to correct tax documents with inconsistencies; * Monitoring updates in tax legislation for application in tax processes; * Providing support during inspections, audits, and accounting requests; * Organizing and controlling physical and digital tax documents; * Performing other related tasks as directed by superiors; * Complying with company policies; * Implementing, promoting, and managing SGI, RSPO, FSSC 22000 guidelines, as well as internal rules, procedures, and statutes; * Complying with and promoting HR policies; * Complying with and promoting health, safety, and environmental regulations; * Other related activities as required. **Requirements and qualifications** * Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Belem; * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Advanced Office Suite skills desirable. **Additional information** * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Pharmacy credit; * Company-provided transportation.
