**JOIN OUR TEAM!** We are seeking a professional to join our team as a **Social Worker!** This professional will promote the social well-being of employees and the served community, identifying, preventing, and monitoring situations of social vulnerability through social diagnosis, counseling, appropriate referrals, and development of institutional human-impact projects. **Key responsibilities include:** * Conduct individual and confidential interviews with employees and the community served by the institution; * Understand and identify situations of social, economic, educational, and/or health vulnerability; * Apply social assessment tools, conduct interviews, and prepare social diagnoses; * Produce social reports and technical opinions to support decision-making and referrals; * Counsel employees and beneficiaries regarding access to public policies, social benefits, and government programs; * Refer and direct cases to competent authorities, monitoring them until resolution or appropriate outcome; * Proactively identify situations that may affect social well-being in the corporate environment; * Draft, organize, and formalize social service workflows and internal procedures; * Internally communicate processes and schedule social service appointments; * Maintain updated records of all interventions and actions undertaken; * Strengthen relationships with Education and Health Secretariats, Child Protection Councils, Social Assistance Reference Centers (CEMAS), and other public agencies; * Serve as a liaison between the company/institute, NGOs, public agencies, and other partner institutions; * Seek and facilitate partnerships, resources, and opportunities to support beneficiaries; * Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of internal and external social programs, campaigns, and projects; * Propose preventive actions, social inclusion initiatives, and measures to strengthen individuals and the community; * Deliver lectures, workshops, and educational activities on citizenship, social rights, financial education, health, and quality of life; * Support leaders and managers in handling situations involving vulnerable employees; * Prepare periodic reports and social impact indicators for monitoring and decision-making; **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work; * Active Regional Council of Social Work (CRESS) registration; * Prior experience as an Institutional Social Worker, preferably within companies, NGOs, or public agencies;
