




Job Summary: Work in high-complexity social protection, providing care and support to institutionalized elderly individuals and their families, coordinating with the socio-assistance network to guarantee social rights. Multidisciplinary team work and network coordination. **Responsibilities** – Work in the High-Complexity Special Social Protection Service: Provide services to institutionalized elderly individuals; conduct individual and group family counseling; coordinate with the network, discuss cases, and participate in socio-assistance network forums to ensure and guarantee social rights. Prepare technical reports; attend multidisciplinary team and coordination meetings; plan activities with elderly individuals; and perform other duties relevant to institutional services. **Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, with active registration in the professional regulatory body. Knowledge of the National Social Assistance Policy and its main regulations, including the Organic Law of Social Assistance (LOAS), the Elderly Statute, the Persons with Disabilities Statute, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a plus.
