Greet and guide various groups of people visiting the hospital, understand their needs, and direct them to the appropriate locations or personnel, aiming to triage/organize patient flow and contribute to institutional security.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Greet patients arriving at the unit for examinations;
* Register and schedule patients in the system;
* File examinations and examination requests;
* Guide customers to other departments;
* Keep the department organized;
* Perform other tasks as needed or at the supervisor's discretion.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic user-level computer skills.
