Job Summary: The professional will greet, guide, and direct various groups within the hospital, organizing the entry of people and contributing to the institution's security. Key Highlights: 1. Keep the department organized and file examinations Greet and guide the diverse groups visiting the hospital, understand their needs, and direct them to the appropriate locations or personnel, aiming to triage/organize the entry of people and contribute to the institution's security. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet patients at the unit who will undergo examinations; * Register and schedule patients in the system; * File examinations and examination requests; * Guide customers to other departments; * Maintain the department organized; * Perform other activities as needed or at the supervisor's discretion. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a 15-minute break. **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\.
