If you are interested in being part of this purpose and wish to stay one step ahead of the market, join us! **About the Area:** Operational Excellence Center **Main Responsibilities:** Support the development of the Group’s strategic plan and ensure its cascading to the supported directorates. Portfolio Planning: Define direction and develop tactical and operational plans; Define actions for plan implementation (projects, levers, and initiatives); Portfolio Execution: Support, monitor, and control prioritized projects outlined in the tactical plan. Results Management: Track results and performance across departments; Dashboard of indicators and outcomes achieved by projects; Communication and Connection: Use communication tools to keep teams engaged and connected. Conduct corporate rituals that ensure continuous monitoring of all pillars; Act as a project facilitator; Develop project execution, communication, and monitoring plans; Organize meetings with teams and business areas impacted by the project; Experience facilitating meetings and events across all organizational levels; Structure project conception and post-implementation evaluation; Knowledge, application, and analysis of metrics and indicators; Translate operational needs into metrics and indicators to support management; Support continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with departments; Prepare periodic internal monitoring reports; Define process standards and serve as custodian of related activities. **Role Mission:** Be an agent of change; Orientation grounded in Disruptive Innovation; Project management; Indicator management; Generate managerial reports; Develop and execute training programs; Evaluate the effectiveness of actions and analyze new possibilities to improve routine efficiency; Quality management. **We are looking for someone who has:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office (Excel); Experience in data analysis and process mapping (using Bizagi, Visio, or similar tools); Knowledge of Project and Process Management (traditional and agile methodologies); Strong public speaking skills and ability to take ownership in managerial meetings.
