Portfolio Planning: Define direction and develop tactical and operational plans; Define actions for plan implementation (projects, levers, and initiatives); Portfolio Execution: Support, monitor, and control prioritized projects outlined in the tactical plan. Results Management: Track results and performance across departments; Dashboard of indicators and outcomes achieved by projects; Communication and Connection: Use communication tools to keep teams engaged and connected.
