




Job Summary: Carry out the separation and dispensing of materials and medications, ensuring appropriate patient care. Key Highlights: 1. Perform related tasks as outlined in the procedures manual. Carry out the separation and dispensing of prescribed or requested materials and medications, ensuring that patient care is delivered appropriately. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, inspect, and store items in accordance with current regulations; * Divide and label; * Separate and verify prescribed/requested materials and medications as required; * Provide counter services upon manual request or via system; * Monitor inventory of materials and medications, checking expiration dates, batch numbers, organization, and environmental cleanliness; * Alert when a specific material or medication reaches the pre\-defined minimum stock level; * Fractionate medications according to demand; * Dispense medications and materials to requesting units, ensuring supply safety; * Perform inventory write\-offs, returns, and transfers of medications and materials to maintain accurate and up\-to\-date stock records; * Monitor temperature for thermolabile medications and environment; * Provide data to immediate supervisor for indicator consolidation; * Record incidents in the shift logbook; * Perform related tasks as outlined in the procedures manual. **Exclusive Activities – High\-Cost Pharmacy** * Register users and prescriptions in the MEDEX system; * Conduct user triage services; * Assemble flyers. **Exclusive Activities – Outpatient Clinics and High\-Cost Pharmacy** * Receive medications and materials by verifying invoices, supply orders, and purchase commitment notes, subject to validation by the immediate supervisor. * Store and record movement of received medications and materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Computer literacy; * Prior experience in this role is desirable. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, either from 11:00 to 19:20 or from 13:40 to 22:00\. **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina is a non\-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility at its headquarters, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911 dated 07/30/1970\.
