




Job Summary: Exclusive customer service for car subscription clients, including registration management, contract handling, billing, and vehicle tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Mobility Consultant Location: Belo Horizonte Main Responsibilities: * Provide exclusive customer service and deliver information to car subscription clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person. * Register customers and cards in the management system. * Monitor active contracts to ensure timely payments. * Contact delinquent customers for contract billing. * Handle leads. * Perform annual price adjustments. * Track vehicle mileage to ensure compliance with contractual terms. * Prepare spreadsheets and send payment invoices. Requirements: * Familiarity with any management system and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong customer service skills. * Negotiation and persuasion abilities. * Prior experience in customer-facing roles and sales is desirable.
