Job Summary:
Responsible for providing legal consulting on legal and regulatory requirements in bidding processes, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic support.

**Responsible for providing legal consulting to commercial, technical, and administrative departments regarding legal and regulatory requirements in both in-person and electronic bidding processes, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic support to internal departments and senior management—from tender notice analysis through contract formalization and management.**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
• Provide legal support to commercial, technical, and administrative departments regarding legal and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze tender notices, terms of reference, and annexes for public and private bids.
• Prepare objections, administrative appeals, counter-arguments, and other legal submissions.
• Participate in in-person and electronic auctions, public sessions, and digital procurement platforms.
• Draft, review, and negotiate administrative contracts and related instruments (amendments, minutes, termination agreements). • Provide legal consulting to commercial, technical, and administrative departments regarding legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor deadlines, official publications, and bidding opportunities. • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation (Bidding Law, regulations, and related normative acts).
• Support audits, internal controls, and legal risk management. • Maintain organized documentation and reports for bidding processes and contracts.
• Represent the organization before public agencies and entities when required.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
• Knowledge of electronic auctions, public procurement platforms, and applicable legislation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law with active bar association registration (OAB).
• Proven experience in bidding processes and administrative contracts.

• Strong legal writing skills, negotiation ability, and critical analytical capacity.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
• Postgraduate degree in Administrative Law, Public Law, or Compliance.
• Experience with medium- or large-sized companies or in the health/services sector.
• Familiarity with government electronic procurement systems.
