This position combines legal learning with commercial development, ideal for those aiming to grow in the legal profession with strategic vision and direct client interaction. Main responsibilities * Handling leads interested in labor litigation; * Initial screening and information collection from clients; * Preliminary explanation of legal services (with team support); * Supporting negotiation processes and deal closures; * Follow-up with potential clients; * Recording and updating information in system/CRM; * Assisting with routine tasks in the firm’s commercial department. Requirements * Currently enrolled in a Law program (from early semesters onward); * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Interest in client-facing roles and commercial activities; * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding tasks and deadlines; * Proficiency with digital tools. Preferred qualifications * Interest in Labor Law; * Experience in customer service or sales; * Familiarity with WhatsApp, CRM systems, or social media. Expected behavioral profile Communicative, proactive, and eager to learn; interested in developing commercial skills within the legal profession and growing in a results-oriented environment. Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Transportation Allowance
