Participate in driver training for vehicle operation THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Traffic) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift patterns will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates opting not to accept the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** Hourly **SALARY:** R$ 22\.91 **UNIT:** Rua Benjamin Borges dos Santos Fraron \| Pato Branco PR \- 85503350 **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction, as well as skill-based training required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver's licenses and authorization to operate heavy vehicles; also facilitates students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** COMPLETED UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** Collective Passenger Transport Vehicle Instructor, Hazardous Materials Transport Instructor, School Transport Instructor, Emergency Transport Instructor, or Oversized Load Transport Instructor, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the course diploma/certificate (VALID AT TIME OF SUBMISSION). VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER'S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY D OR E (WITH MINIMUM ONE YEAR IN THAT CATEGORY). Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the CNH (valid). **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the desired position (only if the CTPS entry title corresponds to the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous service payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience delivering lectures.
