




Job Summary: This position supports HR activities, including recruitment, selection, personnel administration, benefits management, and onboarding of new employees. Key Highlights: 1. Support in onboarding new employees Description: * Assist in candidate recruitment and selection activities. * Screen resumes and schedule interviews. * Verify documents for hiring, * Support payroll closing (timekeeping, overtime, deductions). * Manage and distribute pay slips. * Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, etc.). * Assist in onboarding new employees. * Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. * Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection procedures. * Experience in customer service and interpersonal communication. * Skills in organization and document management. * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
