We rely on integrated teams supported by leadership, focused on maintaining an organized, safe, and respectful workplace. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support civil construction activities by assisting responsible professionals; * Transport, sort, and prepare materials, tools, and supplies required for tasks; * Prepare surfaces and work areas as directed by the technical team; * Assist in maintenance, preservation, and cleaning of equipment and tools; * Clean and organize work fronts, ensuring appropriate safety conditions; * Perform general services such as weeding, vegetation removal, and pruning when necessary; * Maintain organization and preservation of activity sites during and after task execution; * Support highway signage activities, including stop/go operations, following safety standards; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Availability to perform outdoor operational activities on highways; * Willingness to work in teams, adhering to safety standards and operational instructions; * Prior experience in operational activities, painting, roadworks, or signage will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** * Unimed Health Plan **\-** Employee and dependents; * MetLife Dental Plan \- Employee and dependents; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Alelo Meal or Food Allowance.
