### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Position: **Endomarketing Assistant** Servfaz is seeking an Endomarketing Assistant to support the strengthening of organizational culture and employee engagement through creative and strategic internal initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the organization and execution of internal corporate events; * Contribute to initiatives focused on organizational culture and internal climate; * Assist in internal communication strategies, ensuring alignment and clarity of information; * Create content for internal channels (announcements, campaigns, institutional materials, etc.); * Participate in the development and execution of endomarketing and employee engagement initiatives; * Perform other duties relevant to the role. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields; * Experience in Internal Communication and Quality-of-Life initiatives; * Experience in corporate events is desirable; * Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and in writing; * Workload: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Health plan (co-payment) * Employee well-being programs ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
