Contribute to organizational climate and employee experience. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives. * Create internal communication materials (cards, announcements, bulletin boards, and presentations). * Support the organization and execution of internal events. * Contribute to initiatives focused on organizational climate, culture, and employee experience. * Ensure clarity, consistency, and appeal in internal communications. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Design, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Canva. * Basic knowledge of video editing (short videos and internal announcements). * Proficiency with digital tools and communication platforms. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
