Job Summary: Performs and plans preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, machines, and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical standards. Perform and plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance services on residential electrical installations, machines, motors, lighting, electrical and electro-electronic equipment, power and signal lines (telephone networks and structured cabling), diagnosing faults and failures, performing repairs and component or part replacements as needed. Conduct measurements and tests using appropriate electrical measurement instruments and specialized tools for electrical installation work. Install, expand, and repair power and communication networks and lines. Work in accordance with technical and quality standards and procedures, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install, assemble, and repair machines, equipment, and electrical power networks, replacing conductors and/or electrical components according to received instructions and pre-established schedules, applying specific techniques and knowledge relevant to the field. * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical circuits and installations, communication networks (telephone and structured cabling), and power lines; analyze root causes of defects; disassemble and reassemble equipment components or assemblies; replace parts for motors, pumps, fans, and other devices; and conduct functional tests and trials. * Respond to emergency situations during assigned shifts, analyzing possibilities for immediate repairs or subsequent procedures, and seeking guidance from supervisors when necessary. * Inspect electrical panels and switchboards, perform measurements, tighten connections, and clean components to prevent overheating or overload. * Record time and materials used in service orders to control service costs and support future preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. * Read and interpret electrical diagrams (single-line/three-line/multi-line), perform electrical calculations, and use electrical measurement instruments and specialized tools appropriate for electrical installation work, as required. * Perform general electrical work within the institution’s facilities, including installation, repair, and/or replacement of luminaires, outlets, power points, wiring, circuit breakers, network points, telephone points, and data points. * Installation and maintenance of telephone distribution frames (DG). * Turn on and off internal and external lighting in designated areas by operating switches and/or protective, control, and activation devices for circuits, aiming to reduce electricity consumption and costs, and using electricity more efficiently. * Perform and take responsibility for other related tasks as required by the department. * Supervise outsourced services. * Complete preventive maintenance forms, providing options to resolve identified anomalies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School; * Vocational training course in Maintenance Electrician, Building Maintenance Electrician, or Industrial Maintenance Electrician (vocational courses must have been conducted in person, with a minimum duration of 320 hours, at an educational institution affiliated with the official education system and recognized by the Ministry of Education – MEC); * Certificates for NR 10 (Electrical Safety), Electrical Controls, NR 33 (Confined Spaces), and NR 35 (Work at Heights) training courses. **Additional Information** Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM (6-day rotation schedule) Salary Range: R$ 3,000.00 – R$ 3,200.00 CLT Benefits: Transportation Voucher, On-site Cafeteria, Meal Voucher, Life Insurance, SESC Partnership. It was among the first public health facilities in the state to be administered by a Social Organization of Health. **HGP** fulfilled a longstanding demand from residents of Taboão da Serra, Embu das Artes, and neighboring municipalities for accessible local healthcare. Prior to **HGP**, any healthcare need—from simple to complex conditions, especially surgical cases—required citizens from these municipalities to travel long distances to hospitals in central São Paulo. HGP directly serves the populations of Taboão da Serra and Embu, totaling approximately half a million people. Since its inauguration, HGP’s operations have aligned with **SPDM**’s mission: delivering high-quality public healthcare services with social responsibility and commitment to the principles of Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS).
