For 39 years, we have implemented social programs and projects for children and adolescents. **About the Role** The role involves supporting the **formative and socioprofessional development** of apprentices, focusing on follow-up, guidance, and coordination with partner companies. **This position does not perform duties exclusive to Social Work**, per CFESS Resolution 383/1999\. Clinical care demands are the responsibility of the Foundation’s Clinical Psychologist, and family vulnerability assessments and social reports are conducted by the team’s Social Worker. When necessary, the holder of this position will only provide **referrals** to these professionals or to the partner network. **Responsibilities:** Monitor apprentices’ development; Conduct performance evaluations with partner companies; Provide online or in-person support for specific needs of apprentices or companies; Develop and deliver feedback and evaluations online and in person; Attend to apprentices’ guardians; Monitor apprentices on leave (e.g., pregnant apprentices, emotional needs, others); Issue and apply formal warnings; Deliver classroom-based training sessions; Conduct visits to partner companies, when required. **Requirements:** * Recently completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Social Work. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative routines; * Experience working with youth and adolescents; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with apprenticeship programs; * Experience in the third sector; * Volunteer work. **Benefits:** Flash (meals, health, transportation, and culture): R$ 814.00 per month Hybrid work arrangement after the 2nd month.
