HR-related support and guidance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Manage and supervise personnel department activities, ensuring correct execution of hiring, termination, and employee record maintenance processes; * Develop and implement human resource management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor legislation; * Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and social charges; * Manage employee benefits such as transportation allowance, meal allowance, and medical assistance; * Serve as the liaison between staff and senior management, promoting communication and conflict resolution; * Provide HR-related support and guidance to managers regarding team development; * Prepare managerial reports on personnel department performance indicators and propose improvements; * Participate in meetings and training sessions, contributing to the team’s continuous development and alignment with organizational goals. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience in Human Resources with focus on Personnel Department routines (timekeeping, hiring/termination, vacation management, document organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills); * **Only candidates residing in Sinop/MT will be considered.** **Work Location:** Eunice Neighborhood – Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Food basket, Birthday Day Off, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), Meal allowance
