Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare media schedules according to received documents; * Assemble commercial breaks for Grupo RBS’ media vehicles; * Ensure quality and harmony across our commercial breaks; * Monitor scheduled broadcast placements; * Receive and analyze advertising materials in compliance with legislation and commercial guidelines; * Execute other operational processes related to the area; * Uphold excellence across all process touchpoints to ensure adherence to operational quality standards and timely media delivery; * Maintain direct contact with internal and external clients. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Affinity with process-oriented work and routine tasks; * Ability to solve complex problems; * Flexibility and adaptability to potential changes; * Ability to work effectively under pressure; * Client-facing profile: consultative, proactive, communicative, with systemic vision, strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and sense of urgency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work rotating shifts for occasional situations/projects. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates must apply by 12/28/2025.** RBS is built by people.
