After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage people by conducting training and upskilling employees on area procedures and processes; oversee administrative routines of the DC team (vacations, time tracking, hiring and contract termination) and strategic routines (performance evaluations, IDPs, roles and responsibilities); ensure recognition and developmental feedback for the team; * Ensure compliance with Distribution Center (DC) processes and procedures, striving to meet KPIs and targets; proactively drive actions to achieve targets; align with leadership regarding any deviations; participate in routine management meetings (GEROT); guarantee availability of required equipment and tools for operations; maintain coordination with interfacing departments; identify and correct process deviations (safety, environment, quality, management, operations); * Act as a leader, facilitator, and developer of people and teams within the company; understand and promote the company’s strategic goals and guidelines; manage resources (budget, materials, etc.); manage risks with focus on safety (valuing life) and high performance (results); conduct individual alignment sessions (feedback) with direct reports to support their personal and professional development; consistently pursue efficiency and continuous improvement; * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies; comprehend environmental impacts and risks; familiarize oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields; * ABC analysis * Forklift and pallet jack operation * Storage types (layout) * Distribution Center operations (receiving, storage, picking, checking, and loading) * Microsoft Office Suite * WMS knowledge * Distribution Center Management System * Vehicle loading **Worth noting:** Shift from 9:40 PM to 5:00 AM, Sunday through Friday. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
