Job Summary: A professional to receive reports, conduct technical analysis of situations, and prepare reports on sensitive labor relations topics, with qualified and ethical listening. Support in ethical conflict mediation and identification of psychosocial risks Through the service platform, the professional will be responsible for receiving reports, gathering relevant information, conducting technical analysis of reported situations, and preparing structured reports to be forwarded to companies for review and follow-up. The role involves handling sensitive labor relations topics and requires qualified listening, ethical conduct, responsibility, and analytical capability. Responsibilities: • Provide humane service to workers; • Gather information and record reports; • Conduct technical analysis of reported situations; • Prepare structured reports for companies; • Identify psychosocial risks and recurring situations; • Support ethical conflict mediation processes; • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality. Initial training (30 days): System familiarization period, study of foundational concepts applied in service delivery, and understanding of the Active Listening methodology. Compensation: R$ 1\.000,00 During this period, learning progress, writing skills, focus, proactivity, and affinity with the role will be evaluated. Compensation after training: • No active clients: 1 minimum wage. • 1st client: R$ 2\.500\. • 2nd client: R$ 3\.500\. • 3rd client: R$ 4\.500\. • 4th client: R$ 6\.000 (stabilized amount). Requirements: Degree in Social Work. Active registration with CRESS. Active listening and strong communication skills. Clear and organized technical writing. Proactive, responsible, and analytical profile. Desirable: Experience in ombudsman services, whistleblower channels, or social assistance. Practical experience with topics such as moral harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, and diversity. Basic knowledge of labor legislation or compliance. Additional Information: Workload: 6 hours per day. Employment type: Independent contractor (PJ). Dedication: Full-time only (cannot be combined with other activities). Important: There is no predetermined timeline for acquiring the first paying client, as it depends on new companies joining the platform. Full-time dedication is required due to the complexity of case studies and diagnostics.
