We value teamwork, respect for people and the environment, and collaboration for collective growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the management and control of QSSMA documentation, ensuring organization, updating, and traceability; * Assist in meeting legal, regulatory, and internal requirements related to Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment; * Control and monitor mandatory documents, such as: Risk Management Plan (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT), Risk Analysis (APR), Work Permit (PT), Occupational Health Certificate (ASO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) records, certificates, and training records; * Support the maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS); * Assist in developing, reviewing, and standardizing procedures, work instructions, and forms; * Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory oversight; * Monitor QSSMA indicators, action plans, and non-conformance records; * Support the organization and recording of Daily Safety Talks (DDS), safety inductions, and training—especially for events; * Support the documental monitoring of suppliers and service providers; * Assist in recording and tracking incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions; * Support QSSMA awareness campaigns, communications, and initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Organization and quality awareness; * Attention to detail and focus on compliance; * Proactivity and accountability; * Clear communication and teamwork skills; * Commitment to deadlines and standards. * Basic knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Familiarity with IMS, quality, and document control; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Experience in stadiums, events, temporary construction sites, or high-traffic environments; * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; * Experience in third-party management. **Additional Information** * **Meal Allowance:** For your daily meals, with greater peace of mind; * **Transportation Allowance:** Facilitating your commute conveniently and economically; * **Health Insurance Plan:** To take care of your health and well-being; * **Life Insurance:** Security for you and your family. * **Wellhub:** To support your physical and mental well-being. **Construcap** is one of the ten largest construction companies in Brazil, operating in heavy construction, electromechanical installation, and industrial and commercial markets.
